The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel provided a turndown service each evening with chocolates. Breakfast included smoked salmon and a selection of pastries. The food was AMAZING!!!

i enjoyed the decor throughout the hotel. the staff were very friendly and cute to me. i found the spa excellent too. the staff ensured i had a vegan breakfast, which i consider thoughtful.

the hotel windows weren't totally sealed. i could hear external noises. also, the bathroom layout posed some challenges for makeup application due to poor lighting.

The hotel staff was friendly. Vera, our restaurant server, stood out with her really good service. The themed antique decor created a grand atmosphere. Our room was quite comfortable and always well-serviced, with special touches like afternoon wine and cheese tasting. I enjoyed a restful stay.

The coffee machine at breakfast had some issues. It did not work very well. It was a small inconvenience, though the food was tasty. I hope they improve it soon.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a great spread with delicious coffee and food. I really enjoyed the spa, where I treated myself to a massage.

I was very disappointed by the pillows. I asked reception if they could provide down or feather pillows, but they advised that the only pillows available were on the bed. The bar could not make a cosmopolitan. I have never been to a hotel that could not make a cosmopolitan, a very simple cocktail.
